What’s your Return & Refund Policy?
We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept any product returns or refunds. This is due to maintaining our hygiene quality and to ensure that all of our products meet those high standards.
What’s your Exchange Policy?
Exchanges must be approved and completed within 7 days from the date it was received. In addition, there are only two conditions that Exchanges would be acceptable.
1. Exchanges are only acceptable if you receive your order(s) incorrectly based on your invoice. The condition of the product(s) should be brand new, unopened with the official hologram seal still intact
2. Exchanges are only acceptable if the product(s) you received was damaged when it arrived. In this case, please send us a photo and video of the damaged goods to our customer service (Official Line: @studiotropik (with '@')). Please note, original shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
